our story

KCC Bakery is a family-run cottage bakery in Omaha, Nebraska, built on a love for homemade food and the people who gather around it. As a made-to-order bakery, everything we create is baked fresh with intention, from artisan sourdough loaves and bagels to cinnamon rolls and seasonal sweet treats.

What started as a simple passion project after a high school cake decorating class quickly turned into something much bigger. Over the years, that love of baking grew into a dedication to sourdough and handcrafted baked goods, creating the foundation for what KCC Bakery is today.

KCC Bakery is truly a family effort. Founded by Kelsay and run alongside her family, our bakery is powered by flour-covered counters, shared recipes, and plenty of teamwork. Together, we balance family life, baking, and a commitment to creating food that feels homemade in every sense of the word.

More than anything, we believe great food brings people together. Whether you’re picking up a fresh loaf for your family dinner, treating yourself to something sweet, or stopping by one of our local events, we’re grateful to be a small part of your table and your story.
