our story

KCC Bakery is a family-run sourdough bakery in Elkhorn, Nebraska, built on a love for homemade food and the people who gather around it. Everything we create is baked fresh with intention, from artisan sourdough loaves and bagels to cinnamon rolls and seasonal sweet treats.

What started as a simple passion project after a high school cake decorating class quickly turned into something much bigger. Over the years, that love of baking grew into a dedication to sourdough and handcrafted baked goods, creating the foundation for what KCC Bakery is today.

KCC Bakery is truly a family effort. Founded by Kelsay and run alongside her family, our bakery is powered by flour-covered counters, shared recipes, and plenty of teamwork. Together, we balance family life, baking, and a commitment to creating food that feels homemade in every sense of the word.

More than anything, we believe great food brings people together. Whether you’re picking up a fresh loaf for your family dinner, treating yourself to something sweet, or stopping by one of our local events, we’re grateful to be a small part of your table and your story.
