Consume in 2-3 days for optimal freshness. Store bread in a paper bag or bread box to preserve the crust. Avoid the Fridge as it will dry out the bread. Freeze sourdough bread in a sealed bag for up to 6 months. We recommend slicing the bread before freezing it for easy portioning. Revive stale bread by sprinkling water on it and heating in the oven at 375 degrees for 5-10 minutes. Refresh frozen sourdough bread by thawing at room temp or toasting it in the toaster.
